Rockwall lies in the heart of Rockwall County, the smallest county in Texas. It is located on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, just east of the Dallas metropolitan area. Named for a natural rock wall formation that runs across the county. Rockwall has grown into a vibrant community with a large cultural and arts alliance.
